You may not be able to get reservations. This is because they accept a lot of walk-ins. (However, give reservations a try first). The food is terefic. Service is excellent. I couldn't get reservations however had no problem simply showing up. This might not work if your attempting to dine at the busiest times. This restaurant is recommended by the locals and well established. Mediterranean cooking at it's best.

I've only eaten here once but it was one of the best meals I've ever had. The lamb dish was phenomenal. I actually cried when I first tasted it. The place was especially busy when I went with my boyfriend and a friend. However when we sat at the bar, we figured we would just say there but a bar table opened up for us and a kind server quickly cleared it and sat us immediately. The service here was top notch, the wine, food, everything. I cannot say enough good things. I can't wait to come back here. Maybe for my birthday this year.

Excellent Mediterranean food served small plates style. The foods were well suited to small plates and sharing with family. Overall food quality was outstanding, the pita and dips were particularly good. Fairly expensive.

I've been here many times over several years, and it consistently hits the spot. It's a great place to go with a group. Not only can you try more things, but the varied menu makes it relatively easy to accommodate different tastes. It's also good for a nice date night, but note that it can get a little loud and hectic -- not overwhelming or unpleasant, but enough activity that it might be hard to meet someone there for the first time or hold a serious conversation.

Some of the best food we had in DC! We ordered the Chef's Experience; five courses of tremendous flavors. Unfortunately we filled up on the wonderful bread. 4 Chef's Experiences were too much for the four of us, we could have easily ordered two and walked away full. Highly recommend.
