Quite possibly the worst service Ive ever seen. Waiter was a good guy but order was wrong. Drinks took forever. We had to find our own napkins. Worker stated she was working by herself and we should get our own napkins. Place was not dirty but many tables were not clean. Even bathroom door would not lock. It would crack open if someone did not hold it closed. Once we got the food( after numerous corrections) it actually tasted good. Thats the only reason it got one star.

I told a server that I wanted to show the Great America to my parents not in this way. I really didn't understand why I had to call the server so many times just to make an order after 30 minutes of sitting. The manager seemed to be uncomfortable because she had to apologize. While we were eating what we ordered, suddenly another server came and said 'Here is your Asian chicken'. I said I am Asian but I did not order any Asian chicken. The manager yelled something from afar that the chicken is her treat as an apology. Asian chicken to Asians... is somewhat confusing apology. I translated this to my family and none of us touched the chicken at all. We did not want the chicken. We wanted to see smiles of good American people.

Service is so slow. Staff is disorganized. Apps and entree came out late and at the same time. Food was decent. Beer was flat. Flat Pretzel water... stick with the IPA. -- The best part of our experience was Brad. We were seated with no server or utensils for 20+ minutes. Brad noticed and approached us and assumed responsibility for us. Brad is the man. Thanks Brad. Brad gets 5 stars.

Sausage platter was great. I had the mashed potatoes and vinegar slaw. By far the best restaurant we've eaten at during our DC stay. Wish we had one of them in Dallas.

I usually love Gordon Biersch. Their Hefeweizen and Oktoberfest are amazing. But this one was weird to get into and the beer was really warm. Like sitting on the counter for an hour or two type warm. Apps were poorly make and undercooked. Wasn't the worst experience I've had, but I definitely didn't enjoy myself.
