DHL Express ServicePoint

I’ve been waiting at home since Friday for my order. 0 attempts to call or knock, the buzzer goes to my phone. 0 call. 0 message. I’ve gotten multiple emails saying my express shipping would be here Friday June 29, I’m still waiting. Buddy was running so late last night he didn’t even call or leave my package like I have requested. I’ve gotten multiple emails stating it’ll be dropped off TODAY but I wait and wait for someone to not even knock, call, ANYTHING and it states “no ones home” it was 8 pm and I’ve been awake at home since 7 am. Waiting, and waiting for a delivery from Friday. Thanks for wasting my time, ruining all my plans and actually being poor at following up. If you were running late in understanding and could have collected from point of service but j didn’t think I would be done dirty twice back to back.

I would stay away from DHL Commercial shipping services as they lie about their rates. I ordered material from China (4 boxes) and the shipping bill came to $2200!! I can order a full 20' container (500 boxes) for that same amount!

Worst service I wish I could give them zeros

I had a really difficult request with the same documents that had to go back and forth to Greece 3 times within a week for stamps in various public services and return to Edmonton. The Customer service girl Sharmin Syeda at the Edmonton Int'l airport division was extremely friendly and helpful and solved my issue with professionalism. She was caring for my stressful situation. Thanks Sharmin!

Review for location, service desk pick up and drop off. Unprofessional, unorganized and rude. Does not recommend.
