FedEx Ship Centre

Did not receive shipping tracking number. Did not receive notification package had arrived awaiting pickup in Edmonton despite a Leduc address. FedEx sucks big time. This is the second time I've had problems with these people. Worst absolutely worst delivery company ever. Find someone else or deliver yourself they aren't worth the trouble.

Thank you to Amar, Chris and all the staff at Fed-Ex for helping us find a package that was arriving the morning of our flight. They were very eager to assist with tracking it down as it just arrived to the shipping centre. We really appreciate the efforts!!

Never use FedEx... I ordered something online and fedex won't deliver after 4 when I'm home from work. Even though it says on the door tag it can be delivered until 5 pm. The depot they hold it at is at the dang airport! When I asked if they could hold it at a closer depot, like on 170st, they said "no, the man working there only will hold it if he PERSONALLY knows you". WHAT! So now I'm paying $13.00 to have it delivered to my work instead of driving all the way out the the dang airport to pick this thing up. I will continue to use purolator, as they will send it to closer depots for me. I don't have to personally know people.

Sorry this is the worst service I have ever received. Tried 7 times to get my package and still haven't received it. Waited at home for three days. They promised it would come but found out it wasn't even sent out. Very disappointing!!!!! Purolator is way better!!!
