DHL Express ServicePoint

I would give them 0 star. 4x they scheduled a pick up and did not show up. I can tolerate 1 or 2x but 4x is just too much. I had to cancel all my appointments and wait for them just to wait for nothing. They don't know how to respect someone's time.

I would give this 0 stars. I've always hated DHL. It's so unfortunate that one of the websites that I ordered from carries them. I had to wait all day for my package. I did not leave the house. My tracking info said "Delivery attempted; recipient not home." I did not hear a knock. Why are they even still a business?!

If giving 0 stars was possible I would. The status of the package was updated as "attempted delivery" even though they did not even come to the door. We live in an apartment building he did not use the buzz code. I have heard from many people that if they see it's an apartment building/business they will not even attempt the delivery they just update it saying they did. We phoned them not even 5 minutes after the status was updated and they said the driver was already to far away to attempt delivery. Talking to the representative on the phone is useless, they just give you every excuse in the book. AVOID DHL AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I was told my package would be delivered before 9pm. It was not. 2 days later I was told the package was delivered and that I signed for it, which I had not. 5 days later I was told that the delivery person put it in my mailbox, but I do not have a mail box (and how could I have signed for it if he put it in my mailbox?). Now I am being told that there is nothing they can do, and I'm not going to get my package. Absolutely useless. I'm also concerned with the amount of similar reviews from customers with the same complaints. How is DHL Express still in business? **Update** I launched a Better Business Bureau complaint against DHL. BBB attempted contact several times over a 2 month period and DHL failed to respond every time. This shows how little they care about customer service and their awful reputation.

Absolutely horrible. I paid my duty online and changed the deliver address to my work, as someone will always be at reception to receive the package - apparently it didn't change. I called and changed it over the phone, and then later I got an email saying they attempted delivery at my work but no one actually came! I called back saying so and she said she will put a note in for the driver to come to the 22nd floor, even though the address already said suite 2200. After the phone call, I got an email saying the address reverted back to my home address so I called again saying it should not be reverted back to my home address, it should still be my work address and the new girl I was talking to couldn't find the record the earlier girl put in!!! So I had to tell her my work address all over again and told her to put in instructions to the driver to come up to the 22nd floor, she said she didn't need to as the address includes suite 2200. Then I had to explain that the driver probably doesn't understand as why would I get a notification saying they attempted delivery if they never even came? If I could give zero stars, I would.
