I've been using this service and working with this service for 7yrs straight ALOT and everybody involved has been great, especially the person who answers the phone, she was a sweetheart. However the NEW person answering the phone has been quite rude more than once to me and my co-workers, I've been hung up on, and she got mad at me because I called to let her know she made a mistake, I didn't want a discount which I told her, I did not get an apology, just a mad lady and hung up on. Not happy with the changes of this delivery service. Miss the previous people running it. Guess we don't have a choice but have to take the bad attitude as they are the only delivery service in Penticton.
