The UPS Store

Driver threw a packaged desk on the porch. Didn't knock or anything!!! This package was too heavy for me to bring in by myself. I had to drag it over the doorstep!! This is unacceptable. I will not use them in the future.

I get an envelope sent to this UPS Store from my mailbox at another ups store in another city. They called me and told me that my envelope is available for pickup but there is a "alternate address" fee for picking up an envelope that was shipped by UPS to that store. When I complained about it the idoit on the phone from the store, says he didn't like my attitude and that he would just either throw away my envelope or send it back. When I get to the store the owner tried charging me $5. for picking up my envelope that was shipped from UPS by UPS to a UPS Store. I've never seen such petty charges from a UPS store. Before. The owner and his staff are idiots and criminals trying to rip off customers charging them a pick up fee. Avoid UPS and this Store. My mailbox expires soon so I won't be renewing it at UPS. Or dealing with UPS anymore thanks to those ididiots at this store. Watch out they try to RIP you off!

One star is too much. I had an awful experience with the male owner there this morning. I needed some advice on how to handle a return and he was uncooperative and confrontational. And then told me I was the one who was confrontational and he would not be able to help me. I retorted that he was the one who was not helpful anyway. He claims he is not UPS despite his UPS golf shirt and the UPS on the front of the store. I think UPS should find another representative for their company. I found out I don't ever have to go back there again. I can just call UPS direct to pick it up from my house.

Doesn't know what customer service means. Incredibly displeased with the absolute lack of care I've received. Will be glad to never deal with these people again.

I have been going to the UPS store on Martin on and off for several years. I have been very happy with their service. I have a hair Salon in Naramata, and they have helped with my advertising needs. I have also used there mailing service for personal and business .
