Best UPS I have gone to. Sam has helped me out so much! I went to the one at Hillside because I was in the area and was not helped at all. So I left and came down to this UPS in Oak Bay and had wonderful service. Keep up the good work Sam!

This has to be one of the best UPS stores I’ve ever had the pleasure of using, if not the absolute best. They’re a small store, family owned - and it shows. Sometimes sending packages, getting them packed, and certainly shipping internationally can be stressful - but the gentlemen here made it a breeze. (Thank you Sam for all the assistance!) They were personable, and eager to help. This makes all the difference, especially when you’re unsure of the steps and forms you have to fill out. If you have any packages that need shipping, or just for any need to head to a UPS store - I can’t recommend this location enough.

My friend was required to transport five boxes of personal belongings to her home in Ireland. We contacted a number of businesses in Victoria seeking information about the necessary procedure, costs, packing supplies and about securing help to move the boxes from my home to the shipping centre (since we did not have access to a truck). We were frustrated with the lack of help we received until I phoned UPS Store #482, on Oak Bay Avenue, and Nahid answered. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient, and she helped us with every detail, including the pick-up and delivery of the boxes, which was done by her husband. Although it was evident that this is a busy business outlet, we never felt rushed. The #1 UPS family-run store in Victoria with the best customer service! I cannot thank them enough for the countless times they have shipped items for me from this location with the best deals on shipping and packaging. They recently charged me no labour on shipping a set of wheels/tires across Canada and packaged them up with such great care and detail. Dealing with them is always a pleasure and I will be a customer here for life!

Sam and his family are the best. Heybalways go out of the way to make sure I get what I need and they attend to problems promptly and with courtesy. On top of that they are just lovely and friendly folks -- always a pleasure doing business with UPS oak bay!!
