Package never came even though it was said to be delivered 6 days ago, now it’s just “lost in transit”..... waste of money and time. Call center is absolutely no help! What do people pay you for?

2019/06/06 I am pretty surprised that purolator delivered my package earlier than expected this morning, and this time delivery has finally reached out to us not just left a note only. I am truly satisfied your service this time and appreciated your hard work!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I'll never use Purolator again and I'll strongly caution everyone I know against using them. Canada Post regular delivery would have been quicker, cheaper, and more convenient. I took a day off work when my package was supposed to arrive but then waited two more days- that's 3 days total- for 'one-day shipping'. And I still had a hard time getting my package. I had to go halfway across town to pick it up! How does this company stay in business? (Not a rhetorical question. I'm legitimately curious.)

I’ve had many packages sent back to sender because the delivery person couldn’t notify me they tried to deliver. Then it goes back to the warehouse and is sent back after so many days. I could have come to get the package but I didn’t know it was there.... terrible service when calling to ask where my package is. Would not trust a package with this company

I had 1200$ of items shipped to me. Didn't realize it would be Purolator delivering. At first they couldn't deliver because they "didn't have apartment entry code", even though it was literally just the apartment number they had to punch in. Sent them an e-mail telling them the code, asking them to punch it in and alert us when they attempt next deliver. The next day I check casually, note that the package says it was left in the main doorway, a LOBBY to a large apartment complex, a 112lb 1200$ parcel. I was not alerted it was delivered, so it was hours later that I checked my shipment tracking... Guess what wasn't in the lobby of my busy apartment building? My package. Spoke to someone in live chat. Told me that "Because it didn't require a signature that they could just deliver as long as it was on the property, and they aren't required to alert the tenant or individual that their package has arrived". So angry it's unreal. And could even yell at a real person about it because their phone wait times is over 45 minutes, had to chat with a live chat agent instead. So here's to hoping the company will resend me the new 1200$ product I ordered, and deliver it through a different, RELIABLE and ACCOUNTABLE company.
