I have been on hold for 20+ minutes trying to schedule a pick up. I use multiple courier services in the HRM daily and have never been on hold for more than 1-2 minutes. I would recommend making it easier to access your dispatch for customers as this is a totally intolerable amount of time to wait.

It took me 3 tires to get something picked up and delivered. The first 2 times they were having "issues" and were going to call me back, but never did. Then I tried calling to get a receipt, and the 2 times I called I went straight to a holding line, then had to leave a message. Which have never been returned.
