Fast service and friendly staff. This rendered into a quick and painless visit. The place is a small office for dropping off packages and they also have boxes of all size at a pretty decent price.

My shipments are always returned to Puro Depot and when I call they say they can't find our address. REALLY!!!! . I live in a complex with 2 street addresses. That's really funny since Fed Ex and UPS have no problem findimt our home and delivering to me promptly. Maybe drivers should use GPS or ask the other courier companies for help finding our home. It is really annoying having to go to the depot to pick up all my shipments sent via Purolator.
