I emailed a document to be printed. The employee tried to do the job, but realized after a couple tries that there was a sizing issue with the file. This was my fault, but the issue was not caught until after they had made multiple attempts to print it. I told them that it wasn't a problem, and that I would come back with the issue corrected. After I paid (there was a second job that went fine), however, I discover that the employee had charged me for a computer rental. I never used the computer and specifically emailed the file to them, per their instructions. What's more, they never indicated that I would be charged for any such rental. I didn't have any issues with this store previously, and I hope they're still good for larger printing jobs, but a hidden fee on a $1 job is just wrong. I will not be returning.
