STO is a total disaster that delivers only nightmare and worries to its client. They can not handle your parcel or package in any good way. They will weight your good and charge you, however, after you leave, they will discard all stuffings that protect the good and use improper small package to save money. I have used its service twice and the goods were both ruined. The first time I thought it was an accident for a long distance delivering, and I did not ask any compensation from them. However, the second time, my good in the package was damaged by its tight package and no protecting stuffings. When I asked them to give me a proper explanation, they told me that it was not their responsibility and implied that I was the one mailing the damaged good and asking for compensation on purpose. FOR YOU OWN GOOD, DO NOT USE STO AND SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR THE BETTER.
