Terrible service. Dropped off a FED-EX package (for which they charged a service fee of £10 for overnight delivery, not including FED-EX's charges on top of theirs). 1 WEEK LATER it was picked up by FED-EX. So much for overnight delivery!! Needless to say, the package was 7 days late in arriving (if it even arrives). However, I won't know that it was delivered until tomorrow.

I am not sure if people bother to read reviews on copy/mail places, but if you happen to read this, do yourself a favor and find a different shop. Ignoring the fact this place is really expensive, their 'policy' on quality of print is insane. My lady friend went in there to re-print a document that they printed on the wrong paper. At first they took ownership and reprinted, then a new employee, a very aggressive lady started yelling at my friend to pay extra (even though the other employee said it was his fault and their would be no charge). Whilst we were discussing it, she ripped up the original document in anger. Once she composed herself, realizing other customers were witnessing her aggressiveness, she reluctantly 'offered' to reprint the document. However, the printer was running low on ink and the new document was clearly sub-par and noticeably different. When I mentioned this, she refused to refill the printer as it was 'policy' to use it until it was completely empty. This is a terrible policy - basically they are saying they will give you a subpar product based on your timing of using their service. Printing, especially in color can be pricey, why would you pay a company that is willing to 1) give you a poor product on purpose and 2) yell and act aggressively at reasonable, willing to pay customers? I highly recommend finding a different outfit if you are trying to do something that matters.

Fantastic customer service brings me back to this Mail Boxes Etc location every time I need to print, copy, and mail items. The staff are always willing to help with every detail.

Great if you'd like to have no support from staff and waste 20 minutes trying to print something. Bad if you actually want to print or copy anything. They told me I should go somewhere else for that.
