By far the worst delivery experience I’ve had. I ordered a suit on Thursday for my graduation on ceremony (happening on the following Tuesday). My parcel was meant to arrive on Friday, after paying extra for next day delivery. I found out Friday afternoon that it has been delayed to Monday (even though they offer a Saturday delivery service). I explained how important it was that I receive the parcel by the end of the weekend, however, the customer service staff just didn’t seem to care. On Monday morning, I called up again at 10am and spoke to a lady from customer service. She explained that my parcel MAY be sent out for delivery today (with the chance of it being delivered later on in the week). I later called again at noon, after not receiving any updates. This person told me that my parcel will be loaded onto the van by 1:30pm latest. After not hearing anything back, I called again at 2pm. This time they told me that they have lost my parcel and it will take 3-5 days to investigate it’s location. At this point, I’ve been sat at home for the entire day. At 3pm I received an email stating that my parcel will be delivered today, with a delivery window of 2:30-3:30pm. That’s right, half an hour before I received the email. At 3:02pm I received another email stating that I have missed my parcel, and need to pick it up at the depot. I missed my parcel while at home. Nobody rang my doorbell, nobody called my mobile, even though the number was available to the driver. Customer service simply told me that I was not home. Brilliant service. I later went to the depot which was packed full of people waiting, with one person at the desk. waited for 40 minutes and picked up my parcel.
