By far the worst delivery experience I’ve had. I ordered a suit on Thursday for my graduation on ceremony (happening on the following Tuesday). My parcel was meant to arrive on Friday, after paying extra for next day delivery. I found out Friday afternoon that it has been delayed to Monday (even though they offer a Saturday delivery service). I explained how important it was that I receive the parcel by the end of the weekend, however, the customer service staff just didn’t seem to care. On Monday morning, I called up again at 10am and spoke to a lady from customer service. She explained that my parcel MAY be sent out for delivery today (with the chance of it being delivered later on in the week). I later called again at noon, after not receiving any updates. This person told me that my parcel will be loaded onto the van by 1:30pm latest. After not hearing anything back, I called again at 2pm. This time they told me that they have lost my parcel and it will take 3-5 days to investigate it’s location. At this point, I’ve been sat at home for the entire day. At 3pm I received an email stating that my parcel will be delivered today, with a delivery window of 2:30-3:30pm. That’s right, half an hour before I received the email. At 3:02pm I received another email stating that I have missed my parcel, and need to pick it up at the depot. I missed my parcel while at home. Nobody rang my doorbell, nobody called my mobile, even though the number was available to the driver. Customer service simply told me that I was not home. Brilliant service. I later went to the depot which was packed full of people waiting, with one person at the desk. waited for 40 minutes and picked up my parcel.

Never have I ever experienced anything like this before. This is a joke, fully expecting to have to use a forklift truck to pick up my parcel from the shelf myself. Never ordering anything that is delivered by DPD again. Suggest you don’t either.

By far the WORST delivery service in the UK. They force their drivers to complete all deliveries for the day even if it means they have to work overtime. As a result, drivers are incentivised to not deliver parcels and instead mark them as “delivery unsuccessful”. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve been home all day waiting for a parcel, only to have the doorbell never ring and to get a text message saying no one was home!

staggeringly bad. i have no idea why there is a single company in this country who would want to use this courier as a fulfillment partner. I have never received something from them without spending at lease 1 hour on the phone to their abysmal customer service team.

I wish I could give them a negative rating! Having to keep coming to collect my own parcels because the same driver refuses to deliver to my address! They need to be shut down! I'm in here right now collecting my 3rd separate parcel and there is actually noone behind the counter!
