Terrible customer service. I ordered a TV from Costco during boxing day sales and I was supposed to receive the tv within 7-10 days (January 11th at the latest).
The company was supposed to call me to plan an appointment for the delivery, but 12 work days after my purchase i didn't receive any call, even though I tried calling them earlier to plan for the delivery 2 times. I noticed using the tracking number that the company decided to deliver on the 25th without even calling me. I was not even available at this date so I called customer support (which is in Toronto, delivery was for Quebec). I am told I can't directly speak with the local delivery service and that I have to wait for them to call me.
Furthermore, during the same call, they tell me that the delivery address they have is incomplete, although I checked online and on my side it was complete. I tell them the missing information they didn't have (second half of postal code and civic number on the street as they only had the suite number of the office), but the lady on the phone tells me that the information I gave them is too different from what they have in their system and that they require a written information from Costco for the address.
They didn't even apologize or acknowledge that the situation was very complicated for nothing and that they didn't plan correctly the delivery with me. Fortunately I was able to receive it before that date, but I have never had a worse experience with a delivery company. It's unfortunate that we can't put 0 star rating.
