For the price it is nothing special. We easily spent $10k in a week between the accommodations and amenities at the hotel and I feel like we did not get much value for the money. Our river front view was partially obstructed by the eye. Things where OK but for the price they should have been perfect. The staff are very nice and saved the property from a lower rating. I will be looking elsewhere the next time I come to London.

Came here just for drinks and such a beauty hotel and bar. We were greeted at the entrance just as well as if we were guests staying which was lovely. The bar it’s self was beautiful and had a fantastic view.

I never write bad reviews but this may have been my worst Marriott experience to date. Luggage never delivered to my room. As a platinum member the lounge is a wonderful place however my wife was denied access for breakfast after I left for meeting. I did inquire at front desk no apologies just sorry that's how London is read the fine print. I have come to expect high levels of service when I travel however this Marriot failed on many levels to deliver that. I will say it's in a great area and rooms were nice.

This place was so good I contemplated selling my house and moving here instead. Unfortunately (fortunately?) I expect I have more than a month left to live, so it probably wouldn't be the wisest move in the long term. Service from every single member of staff I dealt with was near damn flawless and best I can recall in any hotel anywhere around the globe. Attention to detail in the rooms was superb - bins for recycling as well as regular rubbish (I recycle at home so why would I not want to do so when I'm away?); antibacterial phone handsets; separate cosmetics / medicine shelf above the sink, bath salts for the bath; actually well chosen and interesting art on the walls. The niggles were minor - would have liked hot chocolate in the room (only coffee and teas supplied); some of the light switches weren't quite optimally located; there were no sanitary bags in the bathroom; and a tendency to rely on single use plastic packaging still - I'm not a fan of coffee pod machines for the waste they produce. Normally I would grumble about a 'tray charge' for room service, especially when a 12.5% service charge has also been applied. But in this case it arrived with a full table with all the linen and my own waiter...so I'll let them off this time. The food was exceptional and not overpriced - the exception was the breakfast which at £29...well, let's just say that can buy you a lot of porridge, even in London. Room 601 is the last room at the end of the corridor, miles away from the lifts and possibly the quietest bit of real estate in all of zone 1. If you want a good night's sleep and space to clear your head, I don't think you could do much better.

Excellent hotel. Stayed here about 5 years ago. The hotel rooms have been updated and the executive lounge as well. So beautiful. The view is unbeatable and one can see Parliament , Big Ben, London Eye. Best shower ever and the front desk service is impeccable. Also gave me a thoughtful little cupcake and sparkling wine for my birthday. The small details count big time here.Beautiful stay!
