PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check the weekly flyers after you buy anything from The Brick! I discovered 42 days after I purchased a couch that it had dropped $500 after just 2 weeks! Of course they won't do anything after 30 days so I basically threw away $500. The flyers are so easy to check online so please don't make the same mistake I did! Or better yet, shop places that have low everyday prices like Costco who will honor price drops even beyond 30 days and will actually return items that are defective.

If I could give a zero, I would. What a horrible experience! I will never EVER buy anything from The Brick Outlet again. First, I had to argue with the sales manager for 2 hours about the mattress warranty being voided by an bed frame with insufficient support for the center. Then, delivery was promised for a Thursday. They called me a week prior and said they don't deliver on Thursdays and I was told they were not able to deliver the following morning (Friday), but could deliver either Friday evening or Wednesday afternoon. Then, when it was confirmed for Wednesday delivery, I was assured delivery would take place between 4-7 p.m. on the day I was to pick up the keys to my new place. I got an automatic notification the night before that the Brick will be delivering between 3 and 6 p.m., not 4-7 p.m.! I had to cancel the delivery and reschedule for the Friday instead. Then, when the truck arrived, the driver refused to drive into the back alley where the loading dock was and told me I would have to get delivery arranged for another day, as the back alley was too narrow for a 5 tonne truck. OH Really? My movers had a 5 tonne truck and didn't have an issue. Then, the Brick delivery guys removed the boxes that the head board and foot board came in, told me they only had 4 minutes per delivery and rushed out the door. I spent the next day, with my 80-year dad, assembling the bed frame, foot board and head board, only to realize, once the mattress was delivered, that it was for a "Full" and not a "Queen" size. I immediately called the Brick, told them about the error, and, as a result of their error, I ended up sleeping on the floor for the first night in my new place. The best they could do was offer me a rebate on delivery ($69)? How disappointing and insulting. A hotel room would have cost them more. Next day, another crew arrived from the Brick. Pulled the same thing, refused to bring the truck around to the back alley, but I insisted. After spotting the driver into the area where the unloading was to take place, they came up, again, in a hurry, had me sign for the delivery. I checked the boxes to make sure it was a Queen size. But... guess what? They took the boxes away and the hardware was tied with a string to the boxes! I had to call the Brick again to tell them I could not assemble the bed without hardware. I was assured that someone would call me within 1/2 hour. I had to phone them back after waiting for 45 minutes to be told that they didn't have the hardware at the location nearest and that my Dad had to pick up the hardware from the westend location, bring it to my place and then we finally managed to assemble the bed. Have I received any compensation from the Brick or follow up? NOPE. I am VERY UPSET and they will be getting a letter from me.

A very frustrating experience there today. Went in with my wife to buy a couch and found the one we wanted for $898. We told the salesman weā€™d like to purchase it and he said we can only get it if we buy the matching love seat that was also $898, but heā€™d ā€œgive us a dealā€ on both and theyā€™re only sold as a set, ā€œbecause they didnā€™t want to be stuck with the love seat leftā€. Are you serious? Youā€™re an outlet storeā€¦..literally the half of your inventory are mismatched 1-offs on clearance. There were no signs anywhere that indicated they were sold as a set, nor did they need to be. I had cash in hand and all I wanted was a couch, but you wonā€™t sell it to me unless I buy another piece of furniture I donā€™t need? Rest assured, we took our money elsewhere.

We brought our new dinning table here and upon installation one of the chairs was wobbling. I called in and was told to go to the warehouse to get an exchanged. When I installed the new chair it was also wobbling so I called in again. I spoke with Lance and he told me to come in the store and I will get a chair on the floor display. Thank you for solving my problem in a friendly manner. Lastly, this store has one of the best selections at a great price. I will highly recommend this store.
