Be very wary of this company.. it forces some items to be delivered regardless even if you can pick up. They force you to pay for a delivery charge and on top of it even if you return the item even if because it has defective or damaged.. like saw marks on a table.. and it is not the part of look you paid for, regardless btw they will try to tell you it is.. yes you read that correct..they will tell you defects are expected.. no exchange either not for this item regardless as they apparently wait till they have enough orders placed by customers for the next container to ship and is why the live edge tables and others various large items are never in stock.. .... along with other larger oversea items...
However...
Even though it was obvious the table was not finished properly...and even though paid for the delivery and we actually delivered the item back to the store in it's original packaging.. and even though they would not help with with the bringing the item into the store... it gets even better as there is no kind of consideration of service here, for the staff would rather just watch you even with a two person item they will just be standing on the other side of the door..... for Service is at it's finest here...as yes that is correct no they could not even open the door
Gets even better for they will tell you that the charge, the one you paid for, the forced delivery what turned out to damaged product, that money you are not getting it back regardless of what they told you on the phone initially.. and then they will have to contact the manager even though they had already knew it was coming back and were advised from Structube that we would not be charged after them telling us it would be... It was like going to rodeo but all there was is clowns.
The clincher... even at the beginning regarding the return was even more enlightening for they even have the nerve to tell you there would be more of a charge if they have to pick up the item for return...yes you read that right... and no that is not on their website at all..nor regarding defective furniture and how you have to pay for the delivery regardless of even not keeping the product.
This is not what reputable furniture companies do..yes reputable.. they maybe national but they are definitely not reputable. To be reputable their policies would have to greatly improve along with service apparently... and along with their reviews on their website are now in question of..
If you buy there then please beware here of their policies as not all are posted on their website though it's required.
Buyer beware caution here, if you do choose to buy here remember it is a 7 day return/exchange policy and they force delivery charges even though it is clear this policy needs to be looked would suggest if you have had an issue regarding forced charge on delivery.. please contact your provincial government.
Just got off the phone with Ben their manager and he does not help whatsoever so if you have an issue like this in Alberta please Contact Service Alberta and have them investigate the matter and each province has their own so if you have been ripped off by questionable policy they are your source.. and Ben apparently told us to go ahead and complain.. so I will on each location
