Great little lake for swimming.

Fantastic place, just wow. A lot of lake access. A lot of boat launching points. Many people list their cabins on Airbnb. It is a lovely getaway. 100-mile house isn't far away if you need anything. Just wonderful.

River was in flood when we drove along the trans Canadian Hwy 1. Fantastic views along the way.

Great place to camp and fish !! The campground is all new and clean they did a wonderful job .

Clean bathrooms, cute shop, nice grass area with picnic tables in the back for lunch and photo ops.

Just wondering is the lake swimmable now because Of how hot it is?

The park ranger looked and acted like a friend of mine named Alex, so we just called him by that and he was cool with it.

We struggled getting up the road in our Chevy cobalt, but it was worth it. The view was spectacular and so serene. There were a couple of people blaring music as there always seems to be, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. It's difficult to find a spot as you can't book/reserve one, so I would recommend you go up as early on Friday as possible if you want space to pitch a tent.

Almost worth giving it one star so fewer people go, but that’s not fair. Wonderful place. We found it clean, quiet, and very scenic. Dusty road (yes), bumpy (yes), a little risky because of bears? (Yes), but worth it. Clean up after yourself and store food properly.

Camped on there for 3 nights 4 days, amazingly beautiful and relaxing. Also loved the little towns close by. The rangers were a treat, full of knowledge and personal. Would 100% go again.
