Absolutely a wonderful place for sail training. Summerland has done themselves proud keeping this facility available to the community separate from the Yacht Club. Kudos to the Sail Training Staff and BODs for their commitment to sail training.

Absolutely breath taking. Went by for a week to visit family and it was the most incredible time of my life. A dream come true. The view, the fresh air, the surround that is just away from the towns or city. Most relaxing place to set your mind free. I enjoyed it and especial thanks to my family who had me over and allowed me to experience that.

I haven't camped here, just used as a rest area. It seems nice but it's beside a very busy highway. Probably just good for stops along the way.

My husband has been coming this place to go fishing since he was a kid. I finally got the opportunity to come, so last weekend we stayed for 2 nights in a cabin. The cabin was cute, but the door wouldn't stay closed so we had a TON of mosquitoes both nights, we stayed up the last night for a good half hour and killed at least 40 before trying to sleep. We rented a boat and went fishing the entire day we were there, the motor really needs to be replaced as it was constantly stalling and not re starting. Didn't give us much peace of mind when the lake is so big- so we stayed pretty close by for fear of getting stuck out in the middle of the lake. The fishing was unbelievable though- which really made the trip. we caught 12 fish between the two if us and had a bunch of bites in between- so we will definitely be back- just with our own boat & some bungee cords to keep the door closed.

Really nice place & really friendly staff , highly recommend to go this place & have fun, they have almost everything for fun & well maintain equipment, me & my family really enjoyed using there jet ske & the boat
