All-Season Cottage Rentals

This is written from an owner's opinion. I would VERY VERY highly recommend having All Season in your stable to handle ALL of your rentals or when you want to fill up/prospect for new spots without lifting a finger. They will gauge & evaluate your property to rent & MOST importantly screen for the renters that are responsible. The contract to the renters is THOROUGH & departure/cleaning instructions leave the place immaculate. The only calls i have ever had were around some sort mechanical issue around the cottage, NEVER around the agency. We have never had an incident around a careless rental. The first year was a little slow, however in our second year as full as we would like. I believe they are a touch higher in commission than the other in the Haliburton area, but in my opinion worth it.
