This is a great summer retreat. Steve and Gayle Main go out of their way towards hospitality at The Eagles Rest. The scenery if fabulous. Two lakes and a rives system provide quality fishing of most species. The Eagles Rest docks provide the only fuel on the water way and super beneficial while boating. Highly recommend this experience. 10 year veteran of visits to the Eagles Rest.

June 2017 - Was in need of line and went to them, as they never did me wrong. However, today, I bought line that everywhere else is between 0.80 per foot to 1.36 per foot. Not sure what to think. Disappointed today. May 2017 - Always looking out for the customers best interest. Not trying to take your money. Awesome store!!!

Had a blast at the family fishing derby they held for free. They offered prizes for the kids and whoever had the biggest fish, prizes like fishing poles and tackle.
They also had free hotdogs and pop for coming out. That was a fun day. Thank you !
The facility itself is located close to the Bluewater Bridge and they have a hatchery where they hatch fish for release back into the water
Massive fish you can feed with pellets and a quarter. Great learning experience for the kids
US Coast Guard Station Port Huron

We visited the PHCG Station on May 2, 2015 and were treated exceptionally well by the US Coast Guard and their auxiliary. This is a once-a-year event I hope will be repeated. Thank you from the Barr's and their granchildren.
