Rented some Jet Skis one day and had so much fun. Ended up going back the second day with some friends and our families rented a Pontoon boat with a tube. We have rented boats from lots of places in the past, this place is one of the best. Professional staff and new equipment and the location is awesome for parking right at the resort

Im wondering how this company thinks following directly behind and messing around in the wake of a boat with surfers behind it is at all safe? Not responsible behaviour to be showing your guests and dangerous for other boaters.

Lovely! We enjoyed walking around the marina looking at the boats moored at the piers. Wonderful place to take a lot of pictures.

Recently purchased a used 2012 Seadoo GTX260 from Trevor Bush. Only 41 hours and like new. No sales hype from Trevor, just the facts. Part of the deal was they would deliver to our slip in Osoyoos. Boat delivered on time by a great driver, Danny who put it in the water for us. After only 2 hours in the water the iBR, (intelligent braking and reverse) malfunctioned, without which boat handling is difficult and not recommended. Even though it was Sunday I called Trevor and without hesitation he said they would pick up the boat and repair. Danny picked up the boat as promised. After testing iBR module required replacement, $1,500! No problem, no cost under their thirty day warranty. Had to wait for part but repaired and promptly delivered back to Osoyoos, again by Danny. A followup call from Trevor and the customer service desk to confirm everything was satisfactory. MORE then OK. Great service like this is hard to find these days in any sales\ service industry. Wow, what a difference people make. I recently purchased a 2009 Tige 22ve privately. It will spend its life on Shuswap lake, so I called the Tige dealer there to arrange getting the boat serviced. I was shocked when they told me "sorry we only service boats we sold" we can't help you. Interesting way to grow your business ??? A couple weeks later I was driving by Seca Marine in Kelowna and stopped in to look at some life jackets. There I was approached by guy named Sean who helped us with some accessories, when I told him that we had just purchased a used Tige he welcomed us to the Tige family and gave us a nice Tige blanket for the boat. He then introduced me to his service manager Andrew who was super friendly and also welcomed us to the Tige family. Fast forward a few weeks and we just had a full service done on the boat with Seca Kelowna and Andrew's customer service was outstanding. The boat was in and out as promised and the bill $ was less than I expected! When we upgrade to a newer Tige it will definitely be with the team at Seca Kelowna! Sean Campbell
