It has been the best decision of my life - having spent years running (hitting the pathways and doing track) - and going to a full service facility where I did resistance training - on my own. However, I find it invaluable to have the knowledge and expertise of the trainers to guide me through the exercises - ensuring proper form and to modify for my personal needs as necessary. I absolutely LOVE Calgary West Fit Body Bootcamp!

This is a first come first serve camp ground. I’ve never had a problem getting a spot in the tent only loop. Some sites offer more privacy than others, but each site is appropriately spaced from the next one. The site staff are very friendly. Great walking trails nearby.

Great, well maintained campground. We have camped here for two years in a row now, and have not yet been disappointed. There is a great contrast between the forested upper loop and the open area of the lower loop. While there are no services, there are clean outhouses and a water pump to hand pump your own water. It is also a short distance from chain lakes if you would like to spend a day swimming or boating

This is my favourite park in Okotoks. I like to walk a bit further down the river to find a quieter spot on the weekends. The play structure is great, the river is clean and there are bathrooms!
