Our car died Labour Day weekend and the Mechanic Bob allowed us to park it there overnight until CAA could pick it up and bring it back to Whitby. Very friendly!!

Knowledgeable and very personable...also decent prices for a nice selection of vehicles.

Sales was very helpful but their pre owned selection was not very good for our needs.

It hasn't been a good dealership since Lee Lockwood owned it a few years back. Bought 1 truck there years ago and vowed I would never spend another dime there. It's also funny that the owner doesn't reply to the poor reviews

I went into Mazda to gain more information on financing a vehicle. After being approved and having some time to think about it, I had a change in heart and contacted my sales rep to cancel. I spoke with Jay Allison. Upon informing him of my decision, Jay began to speak very loud and rudely. To be frank, it was equivalent to a child throwing a tantrum. I was taken aback by his language as he had been very informative and seemingly helpful prior to this. I would never recommend Jay Allison with this being his attitude towards potential customers. I am deeply disappointed. If you are looking at dealing with Mazda, safe yourself the unnecessary confrontation and ask for a different sales rep.

Nice trucks but they should wait to be ask for information..some people need to look on thier own

Update: My vehicle needs changed so... Looking for a new car ... Go see Andy McGorman ... He's your man ... If he can't do it no one can! Just bought a new vehicle in less then 48 hours from "I want to test drive" to I own. I still stand by what I said last year Andy is the best! Best Experience I've ever had. I have credit difficulties Andy McGorman explained all my options and helped me get an affordable reliable vehicle at a price I could afford. Even when the numbers looked scary he took time to explain why they are not that Scary. He always treated me with respect as if I was buying a brand new vehicle. Andy I will be back.
