Omid and the staff here were very friendly and helpful. Omid was kind and knowledgeable, and the cars they had on their lot were all in very nice condition. The car I had gone specifically to look for was detailed very well. The financing process went fairly smoothly. After purchase there was something in my shifting that didn't feel quite right, but was quite unnoticeable even to me at first, however upon calling Omid reassured that he would take care of it. It was quite minor, but i was relieved and impressed that in spite of not having the extended warranty, he was ready to figure things out. It was a pleasure to deal with him as my choice of vehicle was specific and on a small budget and they had what I needed. Thank you folks for a good experience. I love my little Hyundai! Lianne

In response to the Honda civic issue. I'm bothered that you seem to think I don't the know the difference between a car with low profile tires and a terrible shaking issue which you stated "in my case" when I bought the car. I have taken the car to my mechanic March 6th and the civic had a seized caliper which was causing the "shaking ". It drives perfectly fine now after replacing the front driver side caliper. So in my case I bought a car that passed a safety check with a siezed caliper. To think otherwise and blame the issue on a customer after showing concern from day 1 with no contact on how the vehicle is running is disappointing.

My third vehicle from them. They worked with me to recover my extended warranty from my last van when it was written off. And they were accommodating with the delivery date as issues with getting the check from the insurance happened.

I went to Tiger Auto on October 18 in a panic. While driving for my job my car died, like dead dead, needs to be towed to a wreckers dead. From the moment we walked on the lot the staff was friendly and willing to help. Kal helped us with looking for a vehicle in my price range with low kms. He realized how important a vehicle is for my job and he had my car ready for me in what I would say as record time. I really appreciate everything Kal and his staff did for me that day. As a woman, I'm always anxious and on the defensive when trying to negotiate anything with my car because I'm waiting for the condescending comments etc. Not here! Doug was amazing! Very informative, transparent, patient and accommodating. There was no need to haggle for price as they were competitively priced from the start and did everything they could to ensure our satisfaction. We went in to look for a new travel trailer on a Weds and found the one we loved and ended up purchasing it. It was the 2017 Bullet Ultra Light 28 ft travel trailer. The salesman Kevin was fantastic to deal with and Marc did wonders getting us a great deal and getting us approved. We were in a hurry since we were already going camping with our old popup trailer and these guys did an amazing job and got our new trailer ready for us to take instead.
