Ashim went above and beyond to make sure the whole process was smooth and the right decision for me. He gave me suggestions and advice but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. The tires do fit most machines but i didn't realize that the machine needed tie rod ends and ball joints,wheel bearings, so when the tires where marked up we couldn't take them back, would have been different if machine was in proper shape...when we found that out we said put spacers on machine.. that it won't hurt anything but customer refused and said that they can't put spacers on that machine...come to hear thats just what the other dealership did....As far as saying they get lots of business from us alot of places say things like that to make it sound good...we have alot of happy customers and enjoy dealing with them...also the boat motor thing they are called muffs they work just like its in water but motor can be out of water...Thanks Dan's Speed and Custom "Where the fun never ends"

I was there picking up a truck. They treated me good . I was in and out with in the hour.

Shannon in service was very helpful and the work performed on my vehicle was excellent. I have a Mazda 3 but I choose to take my vehicle here for service rather then to the Mazda dealership in town.

New snow tires on, service as always friendly and efficient! Had a look around the show room, some sweet rides available for that special Christmas present!

As usual always get in at scheduled appointment time and service is great along with friendly staff.

Well they are not the best in London, that I do no for sure! Had a couple (2) lights a rigged up and a flat screen television. Not even a week later, one of my newly installed lights, along with the television socket were not in working order. This is after I allowed them to place wires inside my walls. All was puttied, sanded, and painted. It all looked great ... until the malfunction occurred. What a disappointment. Had not only the two places where there were the issues of complete failure redone, after they acknowledged their wrongs. Yet, I never allowed tnem even fix tbsir mistake as I felt my family needed the comfort, and the ease of mind if we asked around for referrals as well as called some of them to come over to give us a quote and see where we were coming from, what we had done, as well as the now ripped out fixtures and the wiring left standing. We really needed to be assured after thinking that are home could have possibly faired worse. Endangering all our lives and all we had achieved and loved so much about our position in our lives. So within another week all was said and done. Actually set up additional smoke / carbon monoxide alarms that run on batteries to go hand in hand with the ones that were all ready wired into the home. Just for good measure, and be safe. The new Electrician fixed our woes and has done more work for us since our nightmarish situation. At least the first Electrical Company refunded us our money and was very apologetic, so that's why tbey for the rating of two stars. They were also very fast about issuing the cheque.

The son is very knowledgeable about cars. He had a positive attitude. Also called me with a follow up to see if I enjoyed the vehicle.

4 months ago we bought my Kia. We bought it from a dealership in London auto planet at 94 Clarke Rd, London, ON N5W 5M9. They had it safetied at the garage Underground Garaz Tech at 126 Clarke Rd, London, ON N5W 5E1. Last night my brakes went so this morning my car went to the mechanic. As you can see in the pictures. We were ripped off by this dealership and garage. My mechanic said my car is deemed unsafe to drive and should never have passed a safety..he also said this type of damage was not done in the 4 months I have had it. My frame is rotted through and my rear diff is about to fall off. Good thing my brakes went or it could of cost me my life when it let go or worse my children's. please spread the word about these so called businesses before someone gets hurt or killed See added pictures (under photos tab) of what they consider safe.
