Both Murray and Joshua provided excellent service from start to finish and beyond (after delivery). I live in West Greater Toronto Area and It was worth driving twice to Kingston for test drive/see the car and delivery. They are very accommodating and answered all my inquiries promptly. I will definitely recommend BMW Kingston to my relatives and friends looking for BMW vehicles.

Do not take your Chevy Volt here, they are absolutely clueless despite being "volt certified"

On my way to Toronto for a business trip to India my car failed on the 401, and I had to go by taxi to the airport. From India I called Donna Tregunna at Taylor. She found the just the right car for me, working with me overseas and across timezones. When I landed home to Pearson International, waiting at arrivals was a lovely man with the keys. What a wonderful experience. No worries. No troubles. No searching for solutions. Everything taken care of. I signed the papers and drove home to Kingston. Thank you Donna!

Got a vehicle a few years ago -our first new vehicle- there's a list of things very wrong with that crystal done. The car wasn't properly saftied, when we needed it to get looked at again when we had it we had to chase her down. When it finally went in the mechanic left grease all over the car. And we had to get our own alignment and new tires because she wouldn't do it after having the work done. Safe to say we won't be going back. I love the car but not how they treated us there. Very unfortunate because we're looking to get another vehicle when this ones paid off.

Crystal helped us with everything that we needed from start to finish took care of my daughter's purchase on the new vehicle her first one. And made it a pleasant experience help this with financing coordinated the delivery of the vehicle and if there was any questions or concerns she came even right to our door to help us.

Neil and Dean are a dream team. My husband and I were eligible for a refinance, and these guys went above and beyond all expectations to give us the best possible experience. Their authenticity and hospitality made, what would normally be an awfully mundane experience, an exceptional one, leaving a lasting impression on my family. Attentiveness to detail and professionalism play a key role in their work, and I'm grateful for a credit counsel talk from Dean. A humbling addition to their superb customer service, they proved to be great entertainment for our toddler as well. Smiles all around.
