Natalie(Administration) is very welcoming, hospitable, professional and above all, extremely cheerful-suitable for this time of year. Dustin(Mechanic) is very honest, professional and accommodating, qualities required for service industries. The job was done on time. Prices were fair. Solid recommendations were made. Customer care was top notch. Oh...the coffee arrangement and Christmass songs...made my day. Owners should be proud. Will always go back.☺☺

Tan was great in working out a good deal for me and accommodating request for rust proofing just one day before delivery and directly communicating with insurance agent to save my efforts. Kris really helped in deciding to go with Tony Graham Toyota and working out the deal I was looking for. Luis was very thorough with paper work and made the pick up process really smooth, along with explaining details related to services and had already booked me for first service. Worth the experience, will surely recommend it.

Picked up our new Corolla lease the other day and was amazed at the red carpet treatment we received(seriously..they had a red carpet leading to our car ...which they had brought inside for the occasion). We dealt with Moe and Perry (as well as Mary on the financing side) and the entire experience was great. We especially appreciated the patient and personal service we received. I had a great experience getting my new car at Dow Honda. All the employees there were very helpful and friendly and, more specifically, Ben, the sales and leasing consultant who helped me with my car lease, provided me with excellent service. He was always available in person, via email or by phone to answer any questions I had no matter how mundane. Furthermore, if you want to buy or lease a car I would recommend going to this location and asking for Ben, not only will he offer you extensive advice but he looks at what you need and can afford to make sure you get your money's worth at the end of the day.

My wife and I have bought two vehicles from Star and always feel more than taken care of. The last suv we bought used wound up having some bumper damage that we found after delivery. We mentioned it and they replaced the damaged piece and made sure we were 100 percent happy. We were honestly surprised that there was zero pushback. Special mention to Gord who really always had our best interests first during our purchase, as well as Trevor for always making sure we are taken care of. And more recently to Chloe for making sure my wife and I know what all the buttons do that we’ve never understood😂 Thanks folks!

We leased a car almost a year ago now - still waiting on the second key and a payment issue being sorted out. Sales staff never return calls. Very disappointed. After nearly 2 years, these issues are now finally resolved. We eventually e-mailed their new CEO, who seems very proactive. We had the second key within 2 days!

I had a great experience purchasing from Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Hunt Club. Not only were they helpful, but I felt listened to as well. Mike was really easy to work with, and once the Jeep was ready for pick up, he sat in it with me to ensure my settings were exactly how I liked them. The Cherokee I bought is exactly what I was looking for. They have a great selection of new and used vehicles - so lots to choose from. They also have a promotion for lifetime of the vehicle oil changes - which of course I jumped on (and they Uber you to and from work so you don’t have to wait for a shuttle). Very forward thinking dealership.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Kia on Hunt Club. I did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle (which for me was important) . As a result, I did purchase a Kia Soul. My salesman, Theo Naoufal did not make me feel pressured or rushed into making a hasty decision. I was very pleased with his service. Thank you Theo!

I would like to thank Markus Boyd for putting me in my new Rav4. I have dreamed of owing one since they came out. He took the time to explain my credit score in a way that I could understand. It was the first time someone took the time to explain it when purchasing a vehicle. My husband bought a truck from them last year and he referred a work buddy also and he purchased from them also. We looked at it one day and picked it up the next. WOW, now that is awesome. I will definitely be recommending to my friends.

Today I got everything fixed and now I'm very happy about the service I received and Brian was very patient with me. I am sorry I gave a bad review a few months ago but I'm changing that to a 5 star.

Switched to Mercedes.. Went with my daughter for a Lexus repair. After we left I said I'm going back to Lexus with my next car buy. These folks know service. Bonus the cars don't need much service.

Got a good car at good pricd

Service staff very honest. Bought a used car of a former customer of theirs who passed away, they were very helpful with the maintenance records while keeping all the information related to the previous owner confidential (the way it should be), I went asking for advice on repairs I openly said I would be performing with them, yet they gave me very honest advice that saved me a good chunk of money and more importantly time, as they convinced me not to replace certain parts that never fail on a car like mine. I will consider them certainly for buying Genuine parts when there is no better alternative and will chose them to carry out certain repair that it would be very complicated and time consuming for me to do at my house given the lack of a hoist.

Went in for my key remote to have a battery changed. Very curious staff. They even check the remote to make sure it worked. Thanks to them I was in n out in no time.
