Amazing Customer Service! I bought my Nissan Rogue at another Myers dealership, it started acting up while driving home from work, I barely made it to the Myers Cadillac location, I dropped it off there. They told my issue was probably covered under Nissan Warranty, they shuttled it over to the Myers Nissan, got it fixed, shuttled it back to the Cadillac location and got me car back in 36 hrs! Amazing customers service and communication by Steve Masterson! Thanks for the car wash too!

I went there cause I was told my transmission was leaking it was not the transmission they found the problem Fix it right away and it’s a very friendly place to go great ... Thank you guys 😉😃

I usually don't enjoy any experience with a dealership due to the tired old pushy sales methods. Personally, I dread having to go through the car purchasing process. David Newell is the guy you want to see at Campbell. He was straight shooting and legitimately interested in helping me find the best fit. Despite being honest with him about my timelines and "exploratory" intentions when I sat with him, he still went well beyond and was extremely responsive in our follow-ups. I enjoyed the process with him and will now look forward to purchasing a vehicle with him from Campbell Ford. Honestly, if more car sales people had this approach, the overall reputation of the industry could see a strong improvement.

Worst customer service from any dealer and make you feel like your business isn't worth their time. Avoid as much as possible.

I went to the Carling location and had Kelsey. She was easy going and cut to the chase! I was there with some mentors that were blessing me with some help to get in a nicer car. She asked all the right questions and was honest in giving me answers. Never did She once bring my hopes up or stretch what we requested in the beginning. It was refreshing to get Kelseys professional help and later over dinner we agreed she was a "straight arrow". I have since recommended this to anyone w less than a reliable car. Good company experience!
