We first went to Belanger for servicing on our existing truck as the dealership we purchased from was not meeting our expectations whatsoever. When you spend hard earned money on a purchase....you hope to get at least some gratitude and courtesy. So we started making the drive to Chelmsford hoping for that.....and that is by far exactly what we got!! And considering we had not purchased our vehicle from them....they were more than happy (smiles and courtesy included ☺) to service our vehicle. A few months later.....we purchased my first brand new vehicle 2017 F150 Supercrew there and I recommend this dealership to EVERYONE!!! Subaru driven dealer ship always has older models outbacks and usually fairly new ones. Very very fair dealer always up for negotiations family owned business so knowing my cash goes directly to a family really feels good. Also has other brands of cars at all price points. A must spot on anyone looking for a used vehicle. Small lot but cars go quick but again for a used suby a must stop on anyone's list.

In late June 2019 I went to Groupe auto Badaan in search of a replacement for a car that was no longer roadworthy. I met Dario on a Thursday as I was car shopping and he was quick to show me around to a few cars within my budget. After browsing I found a 2007 Audi A3 The car would need to pass Quebec's safety inspection before it could be plated and Dario made me aware that the car needed some suspension work in order to pass the inspection at their cost. I agreed and asked him to make sure the car was mechanically ready for delivery as soon as he could. Dario was quick to promise me that the car would be ready for Friday one week from the day I purchased the car. I agreed to this and made it known that I would be paying for a rental in the meantime. I payed the car in full the very same day in good faith to Dario. I did not hear anything from Dario for the whole week and so I expected the car would definitely be ready for pick up on that Friday.
