Jason Morris is phenomenal! I searched for months for just the right vehicle, and he patiently answered all of my innumerable questions and phone calls - even the seemingly ridiculous ones. He was never pushy or overbearing, and he earned my trust with his chill attitude and good sense of humor. After multiple test drives (and adventures!), we found the car for me. The trade-in process was seamless, and I left knowing I will continue to do business here. It is rare that customer service is so thorough, respectful, and professional. We are one our 3rd trailer. We recently got caught in a wind storm and had damage to our awning arm. It took two weeks for the part to come in. So we coordinated my appointment when the part came him. Luckily I called enough in advance as they are busy. Dropped off my trailer at 8:30am and Cody in the service department told me they would do their best to have it ready by closing. I totally get it it’s a busy place. They called me at 10 am saying they were all done. Picked it up that afternoon. Nice work Penny, Cody and to the guys in the back working! Now all you need is a play structure outside for the kids while repairs or shopping is being done.

From my first contact to set up a sales appointment to the final purchase . Very impressed! The sales staff doesnt work on commission but Ron Allen worked so hard to get this deal done it felt like he was getting 20% . I'm sold

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR FROM !!! THE SALESMAN CHARGED ME FOR EVERYTHING HE POSSIBLY COULD INCLUDING A WARRANTY THAT I WASNT ABLE TO USE FOR ANYTHING . A WEEK AFTER I GOT MY CAR THE ENTIRE BTAKE SYSTEM FELL OFF WHILE I WAS ON THE ROAD !! THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BROKEN PISTON , SO MY ENGINE BOGS DOWN EVERYTIME I ACCELERATE. OVER THIS CAR AND THIS PLACE IS SHADY. PERIOD . 2015 car has more issues than my 2003

Roy was very helpful, he made what I expected to be a stressful pain in the ass, smooth and easy. We went to look at one car, but there were many more in our price range to choose from. We ended up deciding on a different car and he had all the paper work done in a few minutes and we were on our way. He made me feel comfortable that if any issues arose we could contact him. Im very satisfied and would strongly recomend this dealership!

Seem friendly at first but they shady. They tried to slip in a super expensive warranty under my nose,and now I'm getting calls from the place that's financing my car saying carite never sent them some of the information they said they would.
