I live in NB 1000 kms away from this dealership. I found a very good low mileage 2016 Toyota Venza on cargurus.ca online that interested me so made an inquiry online. Within a short time I received a call from sales guy Pascal Simoneau. After numerous email questions back & forth with Pascal it was easy - I sent them 10 pictures of my older Venza and within a few hours they offered me a trade price for my car. So my wife and I drove to PQ from Moncton, NB the next day to test drive the Venza, buy it and drove home the next day. Simoneau provide excellent service and honestly answered all my questions prior to my decision to buy.There were no surprises and I was very satisfied with all levels of this transaction. Belle gang d'incompétent, au moment de signer le contrat ils essaient d' ajouter 2000$ au prix car il se sont tromper dans leurs calculs. Le directeur des ventes dit qu'il va honorer le prix et le lendemain sont contraire. Allez ailleurs et vite...

Both my salesman, Ronald, and the sales manager, Francisco, were amazing. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. They were both very accommodating, understanding my needs as well as my financial goal, and even allowing me to take the vehicle early and sign the finance paperwork the next day so I could make it to my concert (poor planning on my part of course.) If you are looking for a new Jeep look no further, both of these guys at Global Auto Mall are outstanding, HIGHLY recommend.
