Great location and staff. Looking to get a Metris but have been on the fence. Decided to go to this dealership to learn more. The manager, Greg, introduced himself as he was passing by. He was very personable and seemed quite busy but took time to talk to us. He spent some time giving us some info, haven't really had that at other dealerships. The sales associate Moe was just as pleasant. Really knew his stuff and didn't feel like your usual car salesperson. He understood our needs and addressed them. Spent the time to ensure we knew what we needed to about the vehicle. Very professional and more importantly trustworthy. Will most likely be seeing them again soon to finalize. Highly recommend visiting them.

Maple Acura always provides me great service. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable. I just picked up my fourth MDX from this dealership. My sales consultant Eric Truong was professional and made the whole process effortless.

Great products and easy to learn

Richard was great. He shared some real fatherly advice about equity and congratulated me on my upcoming wedding. His customer service was superb. However, I didn't end up going with the vehicle, regretfully. The experience was alone was 5 star though.

We usually get our van serviced at Maple Toyota. Have been doing it for the past 8 years. So you can imagine I've spent a lot of money there. But the last time we went for a oil change they gave us the van back with a loose gear shifter and it doesn't go into 4th gear anymore. We left messages with the service department but no return calls. I personally went in 3 days after the service was done and the guy (Daniil) tells me why we waited so long - well people have busy lives! Then he tells me they never received any calls (my wife called and left messages on separate days) and that I would need to book an appointment for them to look at the issue and pay the charge for inspection. Ridiculous! The van was perfectly fine when we dropped it off. If the problem already existed wouldn't they have noted it in their report? I sent a email to Pasquale the service manager but he never replied back either. This is how they treat a loyal customer. With a shop rate of $125/hr at least try to use a bit of common sense and go the extra mile for the customer instead of patronizing them when they come in with a complaint.

I came into this place with my socks on because I thought boots were not good enough. Then I asked the guy if I can get a brand new Lamborghini for less then my moms rent. The owner said no, so I started to wine and wine till he said I can rent it for less then my moms rent. But I still wanted my own brand new Lamborghini. After I gave up, and I put one of those skweeky chicken toys for dog into the exhaust of one of those rainbow Lamborghinis. I left losing 1,000 just using an Uber going home.

I leased all my cars from Brent Leasing since 1997. The service I received with every car has been excellent and consistent. I bought my last car but Deanna helped me with my decision even though I bought through the dealership. I am returning to Brent Leasing for my next vehicle. I missed the quality of service I received with Deanna.
