100% Best electronics store in the city! Staff are super helpful. One staff member spent over 30 minutes helping me pick out a home stereo. Answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended! If you're shopping in Edmonton you're wasting your time. Check with these guys first.

I came in for an oil change with no appointment. Cassie in the service department got me in with no troubles, was friendly and polite. Kale did the oil change very efficiently and Patrick gave my car a free wash. I would highly recommend their service.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Alex Mackenzie. He not only hooked me up with a sweet Jeep for a very reasonable price. But he went above and beyond in accompanying my needs. I am more then pleased with the service I received at Murray Chrysler.

The staff at Noral Toyota are exceptionally great. Kim was very was helpful with helping me get everything I wanted for my brand new 2018 Toyota Tundra. As well, Keith was very helpful for answering my questions and for arranging everything. I am so happy with my new beautiful Tundra 🥰

Went in at 10am needing a battery replacement. At first they didn't think they would be able to get it done, but they took my car and had the battery installed by 1pm. Great service and the courtesy shuttle was so convenient. I will be back whenever my car has another issue! Thanks Tatenda!!!

Quality parts... top-notch service.

I am beyond pleased with the service I received tonight. I went grocery shopping and my house key fell into a very difficult place underneath the carpet of my drivers seat. how? not quite sure myself. Didn't know who to go to for help so I decided to get help from Ford. I went into the quick lane and asked a lady for help, she wasn't quite sure how so she asked Josh to help. He was very surprised since the catch is so tight to the carpet. He proceeded to take my car apart trying to find my key. He had special tools to take the plastic clips off and a magnet. We still couldn't get to it no matter which angle we tried. He then proceeded to get help, which now he asked Michael the service manager. He then continued to really get in there reaching under the carpets and trying different areas. He came to the conclusion we had to remove the seat to get underneath the seat. He brought Shane in who took my vehicle. I went into the waiting room and Josh came out with my key and a key ring, he was happy to announce they found my key. I am beyond thankful for these men who generously helped me find my house key. I cannot thank you guys enough! It's sooo nice to have good hearted, hard workers giving Fort McMurray a good name. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I made an appointment to go veiw a vehicle that I was really interested in. And on the day of my appointment 2 hours before I came to come look at it they sold the vehicle right under me. And I had been talking to the dealer about the vehicle for a week now so they knew I was really interested but they sold it anyways. Plus the customer who bought it from under me thought it was a long box when it was a short box. So first bad service by selling it from under someone. And second bad advertisement because it wasn’t a long box. Sorry guys but u we’re not on point %100. Everyone I’ve told about this situation said that you were in the wrong not me. So I’m sorry that u think u have great service but you don’t. There was this girl named “Sherri” that was very helpful and I’d love to deal with her again but the one that was not helpful at all and was giving me bad service is “Kyle” so just beware of Kyle because he cannot be dealt with. Even after he sale I called them to talk about why they did that and to tell them they were in the wrong Kyle (one of the employees) told me that I was the one in the wrong. The guy who bought it thought it was a long box because they advertised the ad wrong. That’s the bad service. And the way Kyle treated me when I decided to call and ask what had happened was not acceptable. And I checked on Kijiji and it’s still wrongly advertised. They had aslo texted me after the other customer bought the vehicle and returned it. The text said: hey if you are still interested in that truck it’s for sale again. And I said no thanks I already had gotten one. So I’m sorry for the bad review on u guys but if it would’ve been handled differently then I would’ve written something positive. Thanks.
