Car Dealership

Bought a used 5th wheel and found the entire front hitch assembly damaged and hanging by a thread. They don't inspect trailers they sell and when called on it they will ignore and deflect you. Cost me over $5,000 to repair the trailer elsewhere. The manager wont even talk to you he will have a sales rep call, if even that. Brutal dysfunction between departments there. Service guys complain about sales guys, sales guys complain about management and management is seemingly non existent. Customer LOSES every time. DO NOT deal with these crooks. You will be given the run around and will not be satisfied. Lots of good options out there, nobody should deal with Vision ever. Wouldn't recommend buying a roll of toilet paper from them.

Nice selection of vehicles, really nice salesmen, just had to say this about my visit even though I didn't buy the car I was going to buy. Just a good experience all around. No pressure. Thanks guys and cheers!

We bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler recently and were helped by a few of the sales crew who work as a team. All were great to work with! Very helpful and answered all our questions. They don't work on commission so they were not pushy at all. Prices are very fair and the service is top notch!

Amazing! Was travelling from Calgary to Nelson to visit family and my Jeep began to lose power and shake, check engine light flashing 30kms outside of Blairmore. Luckily I rolled into Integra and they were able to fit me in to not only diagnose the problem, but fix it within 2 hours! Thank you to all the amazing staff, manager Rob, and Tucker - the cute shop pup! You guys made a stressful situation so much more bearable.
