Absolute power couple running the place! Friendly, accommodating, and all around fantastic people. No sales pressure and were willing to work with my timeline even after delays wound up pushing the sale back considerably. I can't reccomend them enough!

Excellent service

I am new to town and mistakenly arrived at Cam Clark Ford for a service appointment I had booked elsewhere. I was greeted warmly and in a very no pressure style was invited to consider them the next time I was seeking service. I shared that I was actually booked in for an oil change and to get a quote on two minor services. I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed both of the services I was seeking had very affordable and easy "do it yourself" options and that NAPA across the street was likely to have what I needed. They expressed that were happy to do the work for me or to direct me to where I could do it myself. In one case I was looking to get my headlamps buffed so I could see better at night - $23 (NAPA) later and I have a DIY kit to try out this weekend! I ended up cancelling my original booking with the other service provider and opted to book in my oil change and service at Cam Clark Ford! As a woman with limited knowledge of the workings of my car, I was positively blown away by how they took the time to provide me with the details of different options and empowered me to give it a try myself (if that's what I wanted). Greatly appreciate the honesty and empowerment!

Buyer Beware! Workmanship of these homes is deplorable! Manufacturer makes retailer responsible for warranty work but this retailer won't complete the warranty work. This retailer promises a 4-6 week delivery with a 5-6 day set up time. The truth is 4-5 month delivery time and a minimum 2 months before you can move in. Then there are the electrical issues! Our home was deemed unsafe to occupy by the BC Safety Authority. The sewage hookup was completed by the set up crew instead of a certified plumber causing our home to fail inspection, twice. Little to no insulation in wall housing the master shower water lines thus lines froze then the hot water taps froze due to little to no insulation in the flooring. I can go on and on. In my opinion these homes should not be allowed into Canada! The Canadian Border Service Agency has advised that prefabricated houses are not currently federally prohibited from entering Canada and may be imported into Canada with all required documentation including a bill of sale. I'm not the only consumer with a list of complaints, check out Facebook page "Troubles with Kodiak Homes" Then make your own decision.

Took pretty good care of me

Fantastic service and sales experience! I was coming from out of town to look at a used vehicle, and the sales staff, specifically Sales Manager Huy Nguyen, went well above and beyond! From the moment I reached out for details on the vehicle, Huy was incredibly helpful and quick to answer to all my questions. He made the process tremendously easy, even coming in on his day off to ensure that I could do a test drive. I never felt I was being 'sold' to but rather listened to, with Huy ensuring I got what I was looking for. I would highly recommend going through the team at Subaru of Cranbrook for your next vehicle purchase.

I was told the customer service was A1, at Northstar & it sure was. Nothing like the bad experience I had at Denham’s in Fernie. Brett & Travis are the Men. They get it done, making a customer happy. Thanks to them I have a new Desiel truck & never have to deal with Denham’s in Fernie, ever again & that makes me really Happy. Thanks again to Brett & Travis. I’ll be sending my Family & Friends to Northstar that’s for sure ;-)
