Couldn't be happier with my experience working with Ashton Hickson at Vernon Toyota. My work situation forced me to shop for vehicles remotely which Ashton was able to accomodate far better than the other dealerships I initially contacted. His calm and honest demeanor is what earned him my full trust throughout the long distance communications over phone and email. At no point did I feel pressured or overwhelmed like you usually find during the dealership experience. He actively listened to all my questions and requests then followed through with detail and attention! I highly recommend visiting Ashton at Vernon Toyota for anyone considering a vehicle in the Vernon area.

I can't even express how amazing these guys were when I stopped in this week. It was a last-minute stop with no appointment but they took the time to squeeze me in quickly. I had realized that morning that one of my headlights and turn signals was dead (a fellow commuter gave me a friendly one-fingered wave to let me know). I had no idea what to do so I just parked out front, popped inside and asked for help. A tech immediately came out to look at my car and check all the lights, then they offered to fix it right away. I was provided with a comfy seat in the warm foyer, a cup of peppermint Hot Chocolate, and an incredibly clean and beautiful washroom for my convenience. Half an hour later I was told my car was ready... they'd had some of the bulbs I needed in stock so nothing needed to be ordered, and despite having to take out the battery to do the job they didn't even charge me for their labour. They just sent me on my way with a "Merry Christmas!" and a bill of $0.00. It absolutely made my day! Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and knowledgeable and the waiting area was so nice; we will definitely be stopping in the next time we need vehicle help!
