Great selection of new and used vehicles with a friendly staff to assist you! I had the pleasure of dealing with Blair on purchasing a used vehicle. All of the staff involved were kind and prompt throughout the entire process as I was making decisions.

I would recommend this shop for anyone getting body work done. Some of the best bodywork I've had done on my vehicle and they had it done several days earlier than expected. :) USE THEM. :)

Two of us rented this baby for a fantastic few days for a trip through the Kootenays. Jeff, the owner, is incredible. His vans are in tip top shape and have everything that you need for a classic Canadian adventure. Thanks to Jeff for the recos on our trip and setting us up with the Van Gogh.

While I was initially happy with the 2016 Ford Escape I purchased, used, after 2 months, the brakes started to rub. when I took it in to Kal tire, they scrubbed rocks and rust off the brake mechanisms, something that clearly did not build up in the 2 months since I bought the vehicle. When I contacted Brad about this issue, he initially didn't listen to my complaint, and then told me to send in the bill from Kal tire and he's see what he could do. clearly just placating words, as I have seen no action or follow up for weeks. Their claims that all used vehicles have been refurbished and regularly maintained is clearly false. I won't be buying from Jacobson, or recommending them to anyone anytime soon.

Very quick regular maintenance has been carried on my vehicle. They gave updates through the phone to let me know what was going on. Trusted and good people. I know it's not advised to leave your personal belongings and money in your vehicle before handing in, but I don't care anytime I hand in my vehicle. Nobody touches anything in my vehicle. Here is Canada and people respect each other. Hansen staff fully respect their customers and nobody touches anything in the vehicle. Thank you mechanics and all staff for taking care of my vehicle so nice. Have a good one everyone!
