Awesome family run shop, I bought a car there and had an issue with it shortly after. I called up PF Motors and they were very quick to help make me happy.

Chris, I know sabbir for a long time, i also know you as his last business neighbor and you used to operate your business as "Syndergy Motor Group". You are a drug addict and drug dealer who was sent to Jail few years back. Dont write derogatory comment about a reputed business where you are the low life , shame of the society.

Excellent car dealership. I've bought my 2006 Toyota Matrix there three weeks ago. It has great condition and fair price in the market.

If you want to stand around and waste your time this is the dealership for you. After agreeing to a price I had to wait for almost an hour to simply sign paperwork that took 2 minutes to complete. Hire more staff if you cant' respond to customers in a timely manner. There is very little difference in price from one dealership to the next The only area where a dealer can distinguish themselves is on serving customers. Unfortunately Open Road Honda in Burnaby fails at this.

I want to say “Wow!” From start to finish it was a great experience. Many thanks to John in helping me out with a purchase of a car. I’ve been hunting around for a long long time (months) for the car I got (so I know what I was getting myself into - I would highly recommend everyone to research on the car they’re interested in prior to their purchase. Do your due diligence!) He was very nice and friendly by allowing me to test drive on my own (most likely because he had to watch the shop so may it differ for everyone) as I wanted to make sure the car was in running order. He did mention the oil change, brakes were just done and tires are good. I checked all of them. Indeed they were done and tires were good! (Dot code showed they were within the year so they’re not “expired”). I had a trade in which I understand isn’t their standard of business to take them in but he allowed the trade to happen as I explained my situation with the trade in vehicle. I appreciate it that he took it in. He was honest in saying I would be better off selling it private as it will get me more money. I had asked for a favour to be done on the new car I purchased which John followed through and did himself the night before. The insurance guy, Mike, was also very nice! He’s the best! Keep using him! He saved me a lot of headache. At the time of purchase, John, was also very upfront about warranty etc. I choose not to purchase but that’s because I have my sources if something does happen and my own knowledge/skill set. He takes privacy very seriously so I’m confident they’ll dispose of any information I provided to them as he personally cut out names and numbers! This kind of used dealership is a breath of fresh air. If only other dealerships learn even a bit from you about customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to purchase another car but I don’t know when that will be as I’m planning to do quite a bit to the car I just got. I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much again John and Mike! When I need a family hauler, I’ll come back if you have a SUV (Or wagon! *nudge nudge* Haha) that I want! Cheers!
