Bought a car from these guys, took it to my mechanic. They sold me the car with safety inspection, but my mechanic didn’t like the car. I returned the car no question asked for a full refund. Appreciate the post purchase customer care.

Great experience dealing with Shane. Honest no pressure sale. We flew in from Prince George to buy our used car. He picked us up, had everything ready. The insurance lady was there ready to go. In and out in less than an hour. Even a full tank of fuel at Vancouver’s outrageous price.!! Super friendly, good communicator and experienced. Very competive price according to my internet search. Would definitely recommend him.

Very professional and honest people. Matty helped us to get a van for our business. He was very honest and helpful. He did not pressure us and spent a good hour and half to educate us about our options. He even showed us what’s out in the market and even encouraged us to look else where. But we were really tired of all the lies that we had heard from other places. We got ourselves a great running van. It has been running for nearly 6 months and we had almost no problem other than replacing the cabin air filter because of one of our kid’s allergy. All an all super happy. WARNING – DEALERSHIP DOES NOT OPERATE WITH INTEGRITY Over the last several days, I have been in contact via phone, email, and text with two sales representatives at Kabani Motors in Vancouver. They have a 2015 Honda Pilot with 9,825KMS and an asking price of $39,995. In my initial conversation with Eduardo Guillo where I made an offer that was not accepted; however, Eduardo informed me via email that the lowest price that the owners of Kabani would accept is $39,470. Over the last four days, we continued to discuss the Pilot and decided yesterday, Sunday, April 10th, 2022, that would engage with the dealership again to make an offer. This time around we dealt with Summit K. Biswas. Over a period of 3 hours, we communicated via text and phone. During this period, we discussed the value of their $299 administration fee and further negotiated on price. 11/5. bought a 2012 honda odyssey today from Mostafa. first time buying a vehicle from a very small dealership like company so i was kind of worried as most ppl would be. they have less than a dozen vehicles in a parking lot shared by car repair shop and tire shop. however, it was one of the least painful experiences i have encountered. Mostafa, a quiet, non-aggressive person, was nice and professional. he was good in negotiations and did what he could to make the deal happen. trustworthy, i even e-transfer him a deposit. i was worried in the beginning i have to admit but it all worked out like he promised. we are also working together to address some of the things like the center console replaced after the sale. i RARELY write reviews as i'm selfish and i think they waste time i could better spend elsewhere, however i like to give recognition to ppl and companies that deserve it when they go the extra mile to make your experience a good one. i will definitely be buying more vehicles from H & F if the right one comes along. Owner's Son Great Job We bought a 2018 Escape in December of that calendar year, and paid all fees outright with no loans. The sales manager would not give us a prize for buying a new car that we qualified to show bad service. Frustrated, and justifiably so, I complained to the owner's son who was up in management. The gentleman agreed that we were unfairly treated and he told me to come the next day to pick up the item, and apologized as we were not given a fair shake. Despite traveling 40km return trip, we went to get it. The sales experience was soured by their team but this individual did what was right and bravo for him. Thank you.
