Car Dealership

I went to the dealership with a certain make and model car in mind. The sales agent had the model, but not the level, LTD as opposed to the base model, I wanted. He was able to get the LTD delivered to the lot the next day. When the car arrived the next day, there were a few minor cosmetic problems. Although we had already signed our vehicle over to the dealership, we were allowed drive our trade-in to lunch while the cosmetic deficiencies were corrected. I have already recommended this dealership to co-workers.

I was on vacation. A light went on. Looked for the nearest Honda dealership. They were close. They were helpful. They were fast. Crisis averted!

I bought my truck in Vancouver but obviously use my local dealer. Online booking is very simple and the drive-in service desk makes your visit smooth. Service writers I have found knowledgeable and courteous, willing to add in extra requests. The service person even found a little carry bag for my wheel lock!

Had a great experience here with the purchase of our 2018 Forester. Mauricio is a top notch sales guy- professional, honest, not pushy at all. I feel like we got a great deal on our Forester, and it's the perfect vehicle for Island life. Our previous experience with Saunders was not good, I'm glad we went back! The service department has disappointed us a bit, but Subaru's are pretty reliable.
