I really enjoy visiting with Donovan when I get the oil changed in my car. Mariel the service coordinator, is really sweet too! I really enjoy seeing Onery and Trouble - that's their new names! I also appreciate the free car wash. Thanks guys🚗☺

**UPDATE** I previously gave a 3-Star rating. I am currently updating my prior review based on the additional care and concern extended by Tom Pitts. There were additional issues that transpired after my previous review that were quickly resolved with a quick resolution. Butler Kia is truly concerned about taking care of their customers. If you are unhappy they will make it right! This would have been 5 star, but I am deeply disappointed with my last visit for an oil change and minor repair. Service seemed to go fine and I jumped in my car and left. This morning as I was getting in, I noticed a big greasy footprint on the passenger side carpet and on the threshold. I had just cleaned all of the carpets the day before and had no passengers. This was very unprofessional. They have always laid paper mats in the past. I'm not sure this thick, black grease will even come off. I will be calling on Monday when service department opens back up.

My truck decided to break down on my way from Comox to Campbell River. I managed to limp my way to the Black Creek Diner/Gas/Store parking lot....barely. Looked across the street and saw the Black Creek Motors sign. Waited till they opened at 9am then walked over to see if they could help. young guy running the place was super helpful and said they could fit me in right away. They have a red seal mechanic that took my truck out for a bit and figured out right away what the problem was. They had the parts brought in and had me running again in about 3hours. And honestly I was stranded and stuck expecting a $1000 bill. They rounded down on hours worked and parts weren't much so was pretty reasonable. And the mechanic came out to show me what he replaced and gave me a heads up what else might go. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat. A little hole in the wall place, but good honest guys working there.

They're great people to deal with

Been coming here for over 5years. Honestly cause I bought the car at Russell, and got unlimited power train. Got some mechanical issue and as always they work fast, hard, and careful. I know all the workers are amazing but the one I usually go to is Terry. He always calls back asap, always remembers all the emphasis for the fix, and as usual, fast. This guy needs to get a raise!!! Thanks a mil, terry.

Good fuel dock are hard to find

We were stranded on a Saturday afternoon, many miles from home, with a munched wheel bearing. Milwaukee Twin got us in right away and back on the road in time to meet our group in Gold River and continue the ride.

Our Harley broke down on the way to Gold River. The rear wheel bearing was completely mangled and the guys got us in right away. They are absolutely fantastic and we are very grateful they were open when it happened!

Aron worked hard and even late to help us get both of our vehicles. Did an outstanding job on meeting our needs as in colour,amount of seats needed and continues to help us as we want to upgrade again. I highly recommend any of his sales associates as they work hard to get u into a vehicle

We were on holidays on the Island and our truck had some valve issues and the service department,Len, helped get us going in a very professional, and timely manner. Tyee flew in the parts and gave us a rental vehicle, and my truck was fixed in 3 days. Thanks for your good work, truck is running great.. Thanks Ryan Dixon and Sarah Buga.

They have best selection of electric wheeled vehicles on the island I’ve seen.

Very knowledgeable great guy

These guys are great! We were on holiday and at the mercy of this shop to repair a blown wheel bearing on our boat trailer. They made time for us for the repair and were kind and fair with us. I would wholeheartedly recommend these folks!

Wonderful business, with wonderful people. Fixed my prop quickly for a very reasonable price. 10/10 would reccommend.
