Disappointed. First impression was poor. There are arrows directing you to customer parking which ended up being a gravel lot in the rear of the lot. I just exited and parked on the street which was much closer. I was looking for a Yukon xl I'd saw online . The vehicles on the lot are scattered about and not arranged by make or type or any system I could see. I realize the business model is no pressure sales but I couldn't find a salesperson on the lot. Finally found the Yukon xl I'd seen online and wanted to buy it. Went into their "office" which appeared to be a covered patio. I wanted to talk to the sales person about the vehicle but was told I needed to fill out a credit application first. I told the lady I didnt need financing as I was already approved through my credit union and I was told they didn't work that way, I'd have to finance through them. Said goodbye and left. I imagine most of their revenue is from lender kickbacks. Will never return.

We have bought the last 5 cars from Grants Pass Toyota and we won’t be buying anywhere else but HERE! The store in clean, the staff is amazing, and my Salesman was exceptional Sean took the time to explain everything about the car and the process of buying the car, which was such a great help as this was my daughters first car purchase. Awsome service

I bought my van here earlier this year. I found them very easy to deal with. They are helpful and friendly. I bought from Jason. The deal was smooth and painless. Since then I have been to the service center. They are awesome there. Nick goes above and beyond. I'm sure I will keep them as my place to buy from as long as I live in Smithers.
