A answering machine would be really helpful instead of the phone just ringing and ringing

Horrible experience with Uhaul. I successfully booked a truck for 2 days at the end of May for my move at the end of the June. The day before the move I got a call from Uhaul saying they can’t let me have the truck for more than 24 hours citing policy reasons. I argued back, saying they can’t let me book it for 2 days then cancel on me last minute. I got ZERO sympathy from anyone at Uhaul and no one made any attempt to remedy the situation. When I said I would keep the truck for 2 days anyway since I have a confirmation email stating my order specifics, I was told they would call the police and report it as a theft. It was detrimental to my move as I absolutely had to have the truck for 2 days. I hung up, called Driving Force and got a 26 foot truck booked immediately with no issues whatsoever. I will NEVER in my life use Uhaul for any services, and I’m making a point of telling everyone about my customer service nigtmare. I would give zero stars if I could.

Excellent Service, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Rented the Edco TL-9 concrete grinder to remove epoxy coating on garage floor. The grinder worked great other than a slower process as it was a single head, would rent the double head if I had to do it again. The service was excellent from Jason and Mark in Grande Prairie. It was their first time renting the machine out and we had a issue with the type of disc to use to grind the epoxy of the concrete but they were more than glad to accommodate us with the replacement and let us keep the machine a couple days longer as were from out of town.

Had our car break down while on summer vacation in Vernon,rented a 2014 Ford Escape titanium from Affordable Auto Rentals.The Car was spotless inside and out and ran perfect.The manager even offered to fit our car in to his shop and fix it if the dealer couldn't get to it right away.Very accommodating and easy to work with.Thanks Affordable Auto Rentals and staff.

We needed a car to get us to a very important doctors appointment in Vancouver. Not excited for that trip whatsoever until we saw the car we were taking! We were upgraded from economy to a 2018 mustang at no charge, and it honestly made the trip for us! Customer service was amazing, car was amazing, cannot give enough stars to these guys!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Booked online and it said unlimited miles bit was told it was per km the day I went to pick up the car. Would have cost me 895 to get home so it would be cheaper to fly.

This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had!😡 without going into detail your employee "Tatiana" Was Very rude.....was not at her station when she should have been... it would be helpful if she had a few p.r. Lessons so that she will be friendly and helpful in the future.
