I rated this place 1 out of 5 stars and they took down my review. You can't hide the truth. I'm giving 1 star rating because they wasted my time over and over again. My company reserved a vehicle for me. I taxi to the location to pick it up. They say it's not ready and they don't have all the paperwork. I leave and taxi back home because I can't sit their and wait. I get told again next day that vehicle is now ready. I taxi again to their location. Guess what it's not ready because the guy we spoke to isn't their. When I mention my situation the customer service rep becomes aggressive. Poor customer service. I got the vehicle but through much hassle wasn't easy or smooth. And now watch the "Manager" post his generic feedback message. "What the location..." buddy you know the location it's the address we're posting the review about. How pathetic get off your high horses. You need us as much as we need you.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! At pick up nobody was there, not at the Budget or the Avis counter! I had my 10 month old baby with me and had to deal with car seat, base and bags by myself. No help from the guy at all. At return I parked just outside and was hoping they would help me with the baby and park their car themselves. It was freezing cold outside. At the counter I was told that this is not her problem, I have to return the car to the other side of the parking lot and drag my baby, seat and luggage across the hole lot! I flipped after that stupid comment!! This time it was a woman and instead of getting some help I got a rude comment and she said its my problem and that she can't leave the counter. But to control the car - on the other side of the lot - she could leaf!! My daughter was born with a cleft lip and palate and is prune to ear infections so I try to avoid any exposures to wind and weather. We were in GP for doctor appointments. Will never use Avis or Budget ever again and I will post my story as much as possible! I hoped for some help and in the end even paid 50$ more than promised online! I was also told not their problem!

The boats are new and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. We really enjoyed our day on their pontoon boat rental.

I rented a Chevy Spark, drove it for 17 KM total. They charged me for 11.11 litres of "refueling". Their response when I asked about it: "show me how much you put in the tank". The car LITERALLY consumed less than 1.5 litres of fuel and they charged me for 11.11 litres at a premium for their refueling service + tax. Pay attention to the other reviewers here who have had similar experiences with these crooks. The electronic fuel gauge in the car never went below full. If you're going by mileage, at least charge the real amount. they literally overcharged me for 10 litres worth of fuel + taxes. Crooks.

-Bad customer service. The representative I interacted with at this location, Luke Henry, didn't smile and looked like he had better things to do than to be there. Enterprise should ensure that whoever is at their front desk has basic courtesy and people skills. -If you're travelling in BC during the winter, especially in the Kootenay region, be advised that the law in BC does not mandate true winter tires on all cars by default. The minimum legal requirement is for so-called Mud & Snow tires, which are inferior to winter tires for winter driving conditions. Enterprise has M&S tires on their cars to satisfy the bare minimum legal requirement, and you get charged extra for true winter tires. My advice is that it's worth it to get true winter tires, even if you have to pay extra, otherwise you'll be the one stuck in bad weather with a far greater chance of getting into an accident. There's no recourse from the Enterprise to replace your M&S tires for winter tires. They don't care.

I reserved a car online from Thrifty and the pickup address in the email was wrong. Turns out they run under HERTZ but they can not advertise it. I spent nearly an hour looking for the location on the phone with two different representatives.

Not much to say. Nothing went wrong. Car was clean.

Really poor communication, went back and forth for a month and they gave me quotes without warning me or telling me they were booked, poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend.

If you want to schedule a cab in advance specially on busy nights they refuse to commit to a time, why bother privding a good service when people dont have any other options... we need Uber for a reliable safe service ...
