Wildly dishonest business practices. sold me a vehicle at a much higher price than it was worth under the impression it many less issues than it did. Avoid buying vehicles from this place!

I wanted to rent a monster truck, but settled for a Ford Fiesta.

Lady at the desk was helpful and knowledgable, but with a small location, when the plane unloaded and a bunch of people needed to be helped another staff member would have been good.

This was easy to book and pickup. The cars are a very short walk so they are way to get to. You should note though that the desk isn't always. Manned and you might have to wait a short time for someone to get there. I didn't experience this but did talk to a guy waiting as I was dropping off. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with.

Its great to have a place in town that truly cares about others belongings, from well built and secured bays to the convenience of a pin activated gate that you can gain access at any time if needed and the piece of mind that premises is under 24 hour video surveillance so you know your belongings are well stored. Plus the convenience of a uhaul depot on site as well is a great time and money saver for those that don't want to have to drive another 35 mins to drop off the transport unit to have to turn around and drive another 35 mins again just to get home. This is an option that new residents to chase will truly appreciate. Box's, tape, wrapping paper,moving dolly's all available for your moving needs.

We are so so so so so happy we stopped at this gem on our way back to Kelowna. The collection is INCREDIBLE! All the cars are beautiful, and its an old North American car lovers dream. The gentlemen that were there when we went were so wonderful, telling us details about all the cars. I highly recommend a stop here!
