we put gas back where it was when we got the truck and they lied and charger me extra it not right so when u want get uhaul make wacth it

Prompt service every time I've stopped in. Every repair these folks have done for me, was done correctly and required no followup visit. I can't think of what else I could ask for in a service center.

Do not recommend, we rent a locker for our business storage and it is a 24 hour access but there is no lights in the units so yes you can go there at 4 in the morning but bring a flashlight because its darker than a ex wife's heart. Talked to staff about it they said to bad so sad. What a joke , do not recommend to anyone.

I went online to find the phone number to rent a truck and instead their website says you can reserve online. So I reserve a truck three weeks in advance and today, the night before we move in, I call to confirm and instead im told that the reservation is subject to availability. That they will not only not have the truck I ordered, but will not have any other trucks available. This has cost me money, time, and stressed out everyone involved. 0/10, will never use again

Fact and friendly service

10/10 everyone was so nice here, especially Kavish, Taran and Sharma. We would definately reccomend renting a car here. Very good service, gave us recommendations on things to do and also a free ride back to the airport. Welcomed us back when we dropped the car off and asked how our trip was. Very friendly, caring group of guys working there.

Very bad experience on renting a truck. That asian lady (Yonnie) not sure for her name is such an rude person. Providing zero customer service, EXTREMELY rude behaviour and even cheated me on my final bill. Please don’t go there and even saw very unhappy customers while I was there. I never had such bad experience in my life.

A little expensive, but when your in a tight and timely predictamint they have everything you want or need.

I've rented from here twice now and both experiences were great. The lady at the counter is helpful and friendly. The process is straightforward. I only have positive things to say. I've rented from other places and have had vehicles smell like smoke. I haven't had this experience with Budget. I would definitely rent from them again!
