Say car you hire is not available then charge same price for a smaller vehicle

Terrible customer service, guy doesn't understand what you are saying. When I got in to pick up my reservation he told me he had other customers and I stood and waited for 30 mins. I Brought the trailer back on time, and he yelled at me for bringing it back an hour late, I even showed him the document that said what time I was supposed to have it back by. I would never use this location again and would not recommend it to anyone.
